Website Redesign

A website shouldanswer questions. Not create them.

Your business has evolved. Your website should reflect where it is today, explain what you offer and give customers confidence to take the next step.

Your business
has moved on.

Services develop. Products evolve. Customers expect more. A website built for an earlier version of your business can leave people unsure what you do today.

A redesign is a chance to look again at the words, structure and experience, as well as the way the website looks.

A clearer story.
A better experience.

The right message.

Explain what you offer, who it is for and why someone should choose you.

A simpler journey.

Give each page a purpose and make the next step easy to find, on a phone as well as a desktop.

A design that fits.

Present the business as it is today, with its own identity and the quality of its work visible.

Useful functionality.

Keep what works. Improve the features that help customers enquire, compare, book or buy.

An established business.
A fresh perspective.

A fresh start.
A clear plan.

  1. Talk it through.

What you sell, who buys it and what the website needs to do. We start by understanding the business.

  2. Words and plan.

We agree the pages, messages and customer journey, along with a written scope and schedule.

  3. Design and build.

You review working pages as the website takes shape. Your feedback is part of the process.

  4. Launch and care.

We check the site on phones and desktop, test forms and plan the launch. Ongoing care can be agreed too.

A few things
worth knowing.

Can the current website stay live?

Yes. We develop and review the replacement separately, then plan the changeover with you.

Do we need to change our branding?

Only if it needs to change. We can work with the identity you have or develop it as part of the project.

What about existing pages and search traffic?

We review the current structure, identify content to retain and plan redirects for changed addresses. Page titles and search-friendly structure are considered in the build.

Where do we start?

Send your website address and a few lines about the business, what is not working and what you want to improve.

Let’s see what
your website could be.
