What this website collects, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.
Who we are
Wild Mint Studio is a trading name of S Myers Limited, registered in England and Wales (No. 11979212).
We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, what you sell if you tell us, and your message.
If you email us, we hold that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, which include IP addresses, browser information, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used for security and diagnosing faults.
What we do not collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no profiling. It sets no cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss.
Fonts
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them shares your IP address with Google, which is how any externally hosted font works.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to carry out work you ask us to do, and to keep our own business records. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us and expect a reply.
We do not send marketing email and we do not add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live and afterwards where we need them for accounting or contractual records. Server logs are kept for the period set by our hosting provider. Anything we no longer need is deleted.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this information on our behalf. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we are using it. Contact us and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
