Who we are
Wild Mint Studio is a trading name of S Myers Limited, registered in England and Wales (No. 11979212).
We are the data controller for personal information collected through this website.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, your business and website if you give them, and your message.
If you email us, we keep that correspondence so we can reply and keep a record.
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser details, the pages requested and the time. These are used for security and fixing faults.
What we do not collect
This site runs no analytics, no advertising trackers and no profiling. It sets no cookies of its own, so there is no cookie banner.
Fonts
Typefaces are served by Google Fonts. Loading them shares your IP address with Google.
Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, to carry out work you ask us to do, and to keep our business records. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have contacted us and expect a reply.
We do not send marketing email or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while the conversation is live, and afterwards where we need them for accounts or contracts. Server logs are kept for the period set by our host. Anything we no longer need is deleted.
Who else sees it
Our hosting and email providers process this information for us. We do not sell it or share it for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
